We assumed 15 lbs per room per day x 35 units = 525 lbs per day total / 8 hours + 65 lbs per hour 2 Washers and Dryers could handle this load.

• 1 - 40 lb - Front Load Washer Extractor (soft mount)
• 1 - 50 lb (to match the 30 lb washer) Dryer
• 1 - 80 lb (to match the 40 lb washer) Dryer

The plan also shows expansion for two more washers and dryers. We need to know if you plan on buying new equipment or using existing equipment and if so what that equipment is. Also do you have the need for a commercial iron? They are large about 3' x 10'. Any special requirements for gas or will they be electric? We broke the facilty into two sections.
